The MORSE project uses three new instruments installed during the first year of the project. They are a tidal gauge, a river gauge and an offshore ADCP. Moreover, a new X-band radar has been recently installed.
The MORSE project uses also the Sena Gallica Speculator (SGS) video-monitoring system installed by the same research team in 2015 during the EsCoSed project.
All the data collected with these instruments have been used to investigate the interaction between river, wave and tidal forcing. Furthermore, they have been employed for numerical modeling.
